Authorities Exclusion Order permits renewal of UK TV rights
With football worries about the coronavirus pandemic for a variety of reasons, news that the government is about to issue an exclusion order to ensure an extension of television rights is sure to find relief from clubs across the country.
As things return to some sort of normality again ahead of the 2021/22 season, the agreement confirmed on the official Premier League website will bring greater security and continuity across the football pyramid through 2025.
The three-year extension of the live and non-live broadcast contracts is with Sky Sports, BT Sport, Amazon Prime Video and BBC Sport.

In addition, an additional £ 100 million will be invested over the next four years which will help in five key areas.

They are: supporting EFL clubs; Development of games for women and girls; the national league system; Improving community football facilities; and projects that help the wider game.
