Barcelona afraid of Man United, PSG and Liverpool curiosity in wonderkid
After two recent senior debuts, including one with the Spanish national team, Barcelona’s playmaker Gavi is causing a stir. Widely regarded as one of the most exciting players to play in the major European leagues right now, it may not come as a surprise that the young midfielder has caught the attention of some of the sport’s greatest clubs.
Gavi, 17, has been with Barcelona since 2015 after making the decision to move from domestic rivals Real Betis to the famous youth academy.
After being promoted from the club’s U19s at the end of last season, the teenager recently made his club debut under coach Ronald Koeman.
After the 17-year-old has already played seven La Liga games this season, what is most impressive is that he has started three of them.

Interestingly, despite his obvious talent, El Nacional has been reported to include an unusually low minimum release clause on the player’s contract with Barcelona – an estimated around £ 42m (€ 50m).
In fact, the prospect of luring the child prodigy away from Catalan is so appealing that the same outlet claims that a trio of top European clubs have been interested in it for quite some time.
It was found that Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s Paris-Saint Germain, Liverpool and Manchester United are keeping a close eye on the attacking midfielder.
While football is notoriously difficult to predict, it is clear that the player currently has an ambition to continue to thrive with his beloved Barcelona.
It definitely sounds like it should be looked at.
