Bayern Munich more and more anticipated to beat Arsenal to potential £40million switch
FC Bayern Munich are reportedly more likely to beat Arsenal in the transfer of Norwich City right-back Max Aarons.
The 21-year-old has been linked to Arsenal by CBS Sports who claim the Gunners see him as a possible replacement for Hector Bellerin, given his affiliation with Paris Saint-Germain.
Aarons drew attention in the championship and also in the Premier League last season despite Norwich’s relegation.
Eurosport are now claiming that it increasingly looks like Bayern could be their most likely next target in a potential £ 40m deal.
The Bavarian giants would do well to snag this promising young player and add him to the other great talents in their squad, but it could be a real blow to Arsenal.

One can imagine that the north Londoners would have difficulty competing with Bayern for this price, while it’s also worth noting that an offer from a club like Bayern would certainly be more tempting for Aarons.
The England youth international could play in the Champions League and fight for other important honors in the Allianz Arena, which would be highly unlikely for him at the Emirates Stadium.
