Cristiano Ronaldo reps contact Manchester United over gorgeous potential switch return
Juventus superstar Cristiano Ronaldo could reportedly be on the road this summer while his representatives sound out potential transfer applicants.
These include Ronaldo’s former club Manchester United, according to ESPN, although Real Madrid and Paris Saint-Germain have also been contacted.
It would be a story to see Ronaldo return to Man Utd after all this time, with the Portugal international leaving the Red Devils for Real Madrid in the summer of 2009.

Ronaldo, however, remains a club legend at Old Trafford, so he would certainly be welcomed by the fans again, even if Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and Co. have justified reservations about the move.
As ESPN noted, the 36-year-old’s wages could be an issue while at his age he may not stay at the very highest levels for as long.

To be fair Ronaldo isn’t showing much signs of slowing down after 36 goals in 44 games across all competitions last season so he could have a year or two left.
United could also use more quality in attack, with Ronaldo perhaps ideal to give them a greater scoring risk as Marcus Rashford, Anthony Martial and Mason Greenwood are currently unable to score 25-30 times a season.
