Jose Mourinho needs Jack Grealish at AS Roma

According to a surprising report from Todo Fichajes, Jose Mourinho is interested in bringing Aston Villa captain Jack Grealish to AS Roma this summer.

Grealish had more chances than any other player in the Premier League last season, despite being out for a few months due to injury.

As much as Villa is his beloved club, he will be careful that he has no chance of ever playing in the Champions League if he stays there for his entire career.

Sooner or later, Grealish will likely consider a transfer from Villa Park. Todo Fichajes suggests that AS Roma could go this summer.

The report mentions that Grealish reminds Jose Mourinho of Luis Figo, with the manager icon dreaming of bringing Grealish to Rome this summer.

Ultimately, it might just be a dream, as Todo Fichajes reports that Grealish is worth around 100 million euros, a number that the Roma simply cannot afford.

Grealish only recently managed to break into the English lineup. He will also be aware that his best chance of staying is through playing Premier League football.
