Kristoffer Klaesson to Leeds United switch is on
Leeds United could well be on track to bring Kristoffer Klaesson to Elland Road this summer.
Klaesson has been linked to a move to the Whites, with Marcelo Bielsa needing more depth in the goalkeeping position after Kiko Casilla joined Elche on loan.
Still only 20 years old, Klaesson currently plays for Norwegian club Valerenga but it seems Leeds United executives are keen to make a move for the young talent.

Because, as quoted by LeedsLive, Whites boss Victor Orta is a big fan who has followed the young goalkeeper for two years.
And according to The Athletic’s Phil Hay, a deal is on the horizon.
Hay said on Twitter: “The club is making progress with this. Decent chance. But would need a work permit. “

If Klaesson were to be brought in, he would likely play as a replacement for Illan Meslier first, with the Frenchman impressing last season when Leeds established themselves in the top division.
As things stand, Klaesson only has one year left to complete his deal with Valerenga and, as quoted by LeedsLive, Leeds is expected to pay between £ 1.5m and £ 2m to close the deal.
