Man United can signal Griezmann in the event that they pay his huge wages

According to reports from Spain, Manchester United could sign Antoine Griezmann this summer if they can pay his massive wage

Griezmann joined Barca from Atletico Madrid in the summer of 2019 after establishing himself as one of the best strikers in the world in winning the World Cup with France.

Having scored at least 20 goals in each of the last six seasons, Griezmann only scored 15 goals in 48 club games in his first season for Barca and he has not shown any better this season.

He’s been largely out of position since joining Barca and because of that, he didn’t look like the player who dominated Madrid for so many years and became one of the best players in world football

ICfootballnews have learned that Griezmann is a player Barca are looking to sell this summer as he has to pay off part of his massive debt that he has amassed over the years

The club’s short-term debt is € 730m and they need to cut their payload before entering the market and while it’s unclear how much Griezmann is getting at the club, his wages are said to be over £ 300,000 a week

But Barca are reportedly ready to let him go when the Red Devils are ready to pay his wages this summer and he is ready to move to the Premier League

Sum up…

One of the best attacking players in world football and a man who has been much associated with the Premier League in recent seasons, yes he would be welcome to the Manchester giants.

How could you turn down the chance to sign one of the best players in world football? Especially at a bargain price.

It’s a shame Griezmann wasn’t stellar at Barca, but we’d love him here in the Premier League and he would certainly be the statement signing that the Red Devils will try to keep adding to the squad
