Man Utd starlet Facundo Pellistri checks optimistic for COVID-19
Manchester United’s Facundo Pellistri has reportedly tested positive for COVID-19. The youngster is expected to face Watford this weekend.
That news comes from Equipo TMA, a talent agency that Transfermarkt says are the agents for Pellistri, a 19-year-old who signed with Man United over the summer transfer window.
Although the Uruguayan has yet to make an appearance for the Red Devils, MEN reported that he had been promoted to Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s first-team squad and would make his FA Cup debut against Watford that weekend.
However, it looks like Pellitri’s hopes of making his Man United debut this weekend are now over. His agency Equipo TMA is taking to Twitter to confirm that he has tested positive for COVID-19.

We are waiting for official confirmation from Man United or the player himself, but this news seems believable which is extremely unhappy for Pellistri and disappointing for the United fans who looked forward to seeing him in action this weekend.
Equipo TMA notes that Pellstri has no symptoms, which is at least a positive one.
