Manchester Metropolis to lift £70 million in transfers to signal Harry Kane
Premier League champions Manchester city want to sign the English skipper Harry Kane. City want to replace club legend Sergio Agüero, who moved to FC Barcelona on a free transfer.
Tottenham Hotspur Striker has already applied for a transfer. But the club has made it clear to striker Harry Kane that he is not allowed to leave the club. However, Kane could force a move if Spurs tries to block his transfer.
He hit the net 33 times and supported 17 in all competitions in 49 missions this season. The 27-year-old is under contract with Spurs until 2024.
Manchester City and Kane
City is hoping to raise £ 70million in sales from fringe gamblers this summer. The plan is to use the money to fund Kane and Grealish’s transfers. The names on the list of fringe players are Pedro Porro, Jack Harrison, striker Lukas Nmecha, midfielder Yangel Herrera and Ivan Ilic. All of the players on the list are young and have a market value of around £ 15 to 20 million.
After losing the UCL after reaching the final for the first time in club history, pep Guardiola still has a lot to do before the next season starts. City legend Agüero has switched to FC Barcelona and the club needs a top scorer. The club is associated with Harry Kane and Dortmund’s Erling Haaland.
“When I look back at the end of my career, I’ll go into these things and take more on myself, but the goal as a player is to win team trophies. I want to win the biggest awards it has to offer, and we don’t quite do that. “
Harry Kane has the highest priority in this transfer window. The 27-year-old made it clear that he wanted a move to win trophies. The Spurs striker won 0 trophies during his stay at the club (1 if you want to count the Audi Cup 2019). It’s a pretty embarrassing statistic and no top player wants to end their career without trophies.
In 245 Premier League games, he has scored 166 goals and provided 34 assists. He is also 7th on the list of footballers with 100 or more goals in the Premier League. That season he won both the Golden Shoe and the Playmaker Award. He was only the third player to ever do this feat.

Will Harry Kane finally go?
Many top clubs are keen to sign Kane. Manchester United, Chelsea and PSG are all potential contenders, although City is currently leading the race for his signature. Chelsea are keen to sign Haaland while United have extended Cavani’s contract for another year.
This is the perfect time for City to pounce, and they know it. Because the other clubs are concentrated elsewhere or do not have enough funds to be able to afford the striker.
The only problem is Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy, who is known to be a tough negotiator. Kane has another 3 year contract, which puts Levy in a strong position. He does not want to sell Kane, but has stated whether he will come to the table if he receives an offer of around £ 150 million.
It will be a drawn-out transfer saga, City will be hoping to sign Kane who wants a move while Spurs will try to stall. We all hope that Kane will move to a club where he can finally win the trophies he deserves. After the performances, he hung up for the North London club. Spurs should respect his wishes and let him go.
